FAQ

Do you handle my product category?

Yes, we probably do! We handle pretty much every product category ranging from Men’s and Women’s tailored and soft wovens to activewear, athleisure, t-shirts, lingerie, swimwear and Childrenswear. We also handle various accessories including socks, tights, bags and scarves.

I am a newbie and have an idea. How can we start working together?

It’s difficult to summarize the intricacies of how our amazingly complex industry works, however, we typically have a 15-minute introductory call, and then, after we determine that we are a mutually good match, we offer a 30-minute complimentary consultation with Jamie to review product, designs and general ideas about your company. After that, we enter the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase outlining your project. Upon receipt of your RFP, we submit a Scope of Work (SOW) which will outline an estimated budget with deliverables. Once we reach a mutual agreement, we commence into contract phase. Upon contract signing and payment transfer, we start our official engagement and schedule our in-person jump-off meeting.

Can you sign my Non-Disclosure Agreement before our initial call?

Absolutely! Your intellectual property is something that we greatly respect, however, we will avoid any intellectual property conversations until we know if we’re a good match for each other. The initial call is simply an introduction to your brand and background and an opportunity for you to discuss what your new brand is all about. After we decide to move forward together, we will sign an NDA. Please let us know upfront if you need an NDA to be signed and we will be sure to steer the initial conversation away from any IP.

What happens at the jump-off meeting?

We roundtable with you, our designer and tech team to start the building process. You will hand off all ideas, concepts, and original samples so we can start to assemble your line. At that point, we establish the fabric and trim sourcing strategy as well as commence with the tech pack build.

What do you need in order to manufacture my clothing if I have already handled all tech packs and sampling?

In general terms, we will need production approved patterns and samples, final production markers and all necessary fabric, trim and packaging components. Prior to any production cutting and sewing, we will require that a sample is executed by the nominated factory in each style for your review. Upon your approval, the factory will require a deposit and then final balance settlement prior to the shipment of the completed order.
