Where do you manufacture?
We source and manufacture all over the world ranging from the U.S. to Southeast Asia, India, Europe, South America and the Caribbean.
I want my brand to be 100% “Made in U.S.A.” is this possible?
Absolutely! We are proud to be fully embedded in the U.S. manufacturing matrix (East Coast & West Coast) and can source and develop most programs for “Made in U.S.A.,” if required. We want to mention that “Made in U.S.A.” labor is exponentially higher than most overseas outlets.
Could you explain your policy in working with additional vendors, such as fabric suppliers and label printers? Do you charge a finder’s fee or is there a timeframe that I would be bound to?
We have no problem working with your pre-existing supply chain operatives to help manage the product flow and production process for you. We do not charge a finder’s fee because our supply chain remains under our management before, during and after our engagement with you. Just as your patterns, design, colors, and concepts are all your intellectual property, so is our vast supply chain that we have spent the past 25+ years building, nurturing and developing.
Are you CM based or vertically integrated for full package FOB programs? Also, how organized is your vertical supply chain?
The region of ultimate manufacturing will determine the program terms. For instance, most “Made in U.S.A.” facilities are set up only for cut and make (CM) simply because there is no vertical supply chain integration. For CM production, everything apart from cutting and sewing is extra, i.e.: fabric, trim, packaging, marking and grading, etc. While the process is “a la carte,” it is something we manage for you since our role is to pull it all together no matter the sourcing region. For fully vertically integrated programs (FOB), we are certainly going to be sourcing overseas.
